About TruthInJesus

Truth In Jesus is an independent ministry based in Seventh-day Adventism, yet does not fall under the umbrella of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. We have fellowship groups throughout the globe with a large presence in the Caribbean and the USA. Each group is self-supporting and self-governing according to gospel order principles.

The primary focus of our ministry is to proclaim the glory of God and the last messages of mercy to the world, as we anticipate Christ’s soon coming.

The everlasting gospel is to be preached through the message of the three angels of Revelation 14. The Advent movement of the 1800’s culminated in a glorious message of Christ’s Righteousness imparted to us by faith, which was proclaimed in 1888. Since then, God has called His people to advancing light in the knowledge of who He is as “The LORD our righteousness” (Jeremiah 23:6), which builds upon the previously accepted light, the pillars of our faith and the 1888 message. Knowing who God is, what He is like, the truth about Him and His character is important. How important.

The word says that “this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent”(John 17:3). God would have us all “to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4) because we are saved and sanctified through the truth (John 17:17). Only Jesus can reveal the truth through the Spirit (John 16:13) All grace and truth is given through Him (John 1: 14, 17) and the truth sets us free (John 8:32).

But what is “the truth”? Pilate asked Jesus this question, after Jesus told him that “To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.” However, Pilate did not wait for an answer. He came to his own conclusions. Don’t we do this, too? Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life” (John 10:10). If so, don’t we need to look to Jesus to find all truth about God, life, and His ways? What exactly was the message Jesus came to share with the world, in order to bear witness to the truth?

The scriptures tell us that “This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all” (1 John 1:5). Why would God have to send Jesus to bear witness of His goodness, to declare His name, His character? God’s word says that “the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” (2 Cor. 4:4) This blindness is why Christ came to be the “full and express image” of the Father (Hebrews 1:3), revealing the truth about Him. Praise the Lord that He has sent His Son into this world to give us the good news that the brightness of the Father’s glory is “now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel”.

Knowing the truth about God is part of the everlasting gospel and Truth For the Final Generation has chosen to look to Christ for all answers about the gospel and the principles of God’s kingdom. We strive to answer questions about how God deals with sin, how will freedom of choice and non-compulsion of conscience bear out as justice is executed upon sin and the sinner, does God act contrary to His own law, does God kill and destroy? If so, how? Who is God??? Only when the glory of God shall appear unto the final generation of His children, shall they be as He is (1 John 3:2). Through them, the gospel will be preached as a witness. Then, “the end will come” (Matt. 24:14).

We invite you to join us in hastening the coming of the Lord by learning the truth about Him and allowing Him to transform you into His likeness, as you look upon His glory and grace, shining in the face of Jesus Christ.
